zugfuhrer: add Darwin endpoints, completing (?) Darwin support

- tspl-zugfuhrer should now support the new Darwin endpoints
  added to support tspl-nrod connecting to Darwin.
  (However, this is untested.)
- The /darwin/at-removed endpoint was removed for being utterly
  useless, and a vestige of the old implementation it was partially
  copied from.
