Fix libpurple crashes & improve room list and MUC behaviour

- MUC echo actually works properly now (messages are sent from the
  XMPP JID that originally sent them, not some bridged user JID)
- Use-after-free behaviour that resulted in libpurple plugins
  crashing was fixed
- The behaviour of the room list was improved a bit, and now logs
  information to stdout
