Conversation: hash message ts/from/content to generate IDs

- Spectrum2 (and backends like libpurple more generally) don't provide a way to
  get the message ID from the legacy network...so we hack around it, by hashing
  the message timestamp, body, and sender JID. That should provide a 'unique
  enough' hash usable for message deduplication and storage. Hopefully.
