libtransport: fix history, add MUC read marker method

- The previous commit didn't actually work, because it used the user's
  JID as the mucId, rather than the muc's actual localpart (which is
  fixed now).
- We now keep a record of where resources in a MUC have read up to,
  every time we send them messages.
