Add beta Metropolitan line support

• This updates the model to be slightly better, removing some erroneous Jubilee line stations. It still has tons of holes.
  • This mechanism requires specialising the station-description-p function per line-code, which is nice to have anyway.
• We now have model-line support for it. There's no Chesham. It doesn't exist in Trackernet, sadly.
